Looby Lou’s Nursery has been using Rainbow Training Centre for the last 18 months. They deliver the sort of work based training that fits in with all our needs, this is easier for the students and  helps the nursery become more involved in where the student is through out the whole training process. We can meet the assessors and keep up to date with the students progress at regular times. They are a very friendly training company and have a very high standard. The course content is delivered in such a way that it has met the needs of both our students training with them.

I found that Rainbow Training delivered a comprehensive package of training in relation to NVQ2.  The member of staff undertaking the NVQ felt supported at all times and the assessor was helpful, friendly and provided the appropriate knowledge base, allowing the student to progress smoothly and finish her qualification successfully.

Rainbow Training has also provided Skills for Life qualifications for two of my staff members.  The tutor/assessor was also friendly and helpful encouraging the students in all aspects of their learning, she also had the ability to help draw them out and enable them to gain more self-confidence in themselves.

I would definitely recommend any organisation to obtain training from this company, they are thorough, well organised, and sincere in their training provision and delivery.
